Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Amy & Co. Fine Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Here are the details:

30-Day Return Policy:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
• If a credit cad or debit card was used, 3% will be deducted from the purchase amount to refund back to that card.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Exchanges for a different size or product may be arranged based on availability.

Please Note:

• Engraved or custom-made jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged items.
